The Basic Damages Office accepts DD 1840R forms (pink form) during service hours in room 234 within 70 days of delivery. This process allows Air Force personnel to file claims online and submit required documents electronically to the AFCSC. Staff can process their application and file their Form DD 1840/1840R by accessing the AFCSC website at claims.jag.af.mil. As a reminder, Form DD 1840/1840R must be filed within 70 days of delivery.
